Introducing students to the world of work

Senior students often have no formal education on their rights at work, leading to exploitation of young workers. 

The Young Workers Hub (YWH), which educates, supports and campaigns for young workers, also delivers education and training sessions to young people, catered to the background of the cohort. Young people educating other young people ensures that the session is more relatable and that students feel comfortable to ask questions in a casual manner. A YWH World of Work Resource Pack has also been developed, containing a lesson plan for educators to use.
