About the library
The QTU’s Lawrence Grulke Library collection reflects the rich history of the Union and the industrial and professional issues faced by its members.
The collection contains material dating back to the late 1800s, everything from archived QTU publications to resources relevant to current issues, including industrial relations, equity, professional development, campaign material, and other issues that are supported by the Union. The collection includes books; journals (national, international and electronic); indexed articles and web documents.
Services to members
The library provides library loans and reference services to QTU members and further facilitates access to its resources and services through the library webpage on the QTU website, including:

assistance with locating online resources
- assistance with locating resources for research purposes and professional reading
- subject lists/bibliographies compiled and forwarded on request
- copies of journal articles, within copyright restrictions
- loans processed and posted on request.
